I know what they are, and I know that you wont have them, and I know a doctor would wonder why they are missing, so there will be a difference, not a visibly external one, but it isn't going to be that easy to hide, thats what I'm getting at.

Getting paid is probably what would be on a doctor's mind most.

I don't think a gynecologist will care if a patient is trans or not.

I can't think of any reason DJ would need to visit a gynocologist anyway if there are no internal female organs. And if you are talking about a professional gynocologist doctor, what haven't they seen already?
