Oh yes it does.
Of course it's only solidified the fact that you need a PhD to explain time travel. (commenting on intro to the game, which leaves some loopholes between OT and Windwaker. Hopefully they explain it later, but for now...

)
(Note: Windwaker takes place about 100 years after Ocarina of Time)
There's no loop hole
*aim kissy face* Ah, but there is. In the intro to Wind Waker they say that the Green-clad boy (OoT Link) seals away the great evil (Ganondorf), but that the evil breaks loose once again and dominates the world again. The people all wait for the Hero of Time to return to defeat the evil again,
but he never comes.
That to me brings up a few issues about the messing around with time that happened in OoT. Like, when Zelda returned Link to being a boy, did she remove Link from that future timeline altogether? And if such was the case, that would explain why the Hero of Time never appears. But if Link did still exist in that future timeline (if he was sent back to the past he'd still have to age, correct?) then why didn't he show up? Did something happen to him?
So it's not so much that it's a loophole, it's just that there's a few questions left unanswered because of the time travel. Like I said before, hopefully they'll answer them within the course of the game.
