don't forget, panda thought that the mod was someone who hated him. So when the mod deleted and locked the thread without explanation, he didn't think "what did I do?" he thought "this is Tim Parks or Hsien Lee being dicks again." and reposted his message. Now, had he not thought that they were mods, then maybe he would has said "what did I do wrong?" but since he thinks the mods are certain people, and they have a bias against him (which I think they do since right now they are the only names poping up.) I think he honesty didn't know he was breaking a rule. and that is for the FIRST banning, the second one was done for no reason at all.

don't forget, phade can only control what you do and say at the boards, if you AIM or MSN messenger him or the mods, suddenly all their powers disapear because they can't edit what you say to them or ban you from AIM and MSN messenger.
