They already said it was the same size as the old one's screen.

And It looks good... Maybe I'll buy one, depending on their size.

It's not just the risk, it's the decline in efficiency. The two double A batteries are totaly effective. The thing lasts longer than any other gameboy I believe. But even turning the sound up all the way can mean less battery life. The sats are taken on an average, and sinc emost kids sue head phones, most kids don't turn the volume up all the way. Putting a pelican light sheild, or any light sheild regardless of who makes it really screws up the battery life too. Pretty much anything you do extra can kill your batterys quick. And this is the sole reason why Nintendo didn't put a backlight. I mean look at the game gear, horrible battery life, it needs a contrast dial, and the thing took SIX double A batterys. I'm sure Nintendo found some new technology and this new system is going to be just as efficient or something. Either that or the rechargable battery is to counter this exact problem. If you put a backlight in, assuming you get it back and it works. I hope you have a never ending supply of batterys, or an outlet next to your desk at school that no one's going to notice...

Thanks guys, sounds good.

Talking about good, man is that thing small! Problem... I'm going to feel it might brake in my hands. lol

Hmmm... 30 to 40 dollars more expensive than regular GBA... not so good.
Launch March 23! Excellent!
