difficulty wise SSJ's has more objects and detail and looks like it would take me longer to do :O so I'd have to vote that way
aesthetically neither was perfect in what it seemed to be trying to accomplish but ssj's was a bit better in that area

Ill say ssj as well...after lookin over the pics.. it does seem like ssj has more little effects and things.. i jus cant see whats behind that blue block
