other way around, theres alot of animes based on video games, SF2 and Nightstalkers are from capcoms games.

They could do a smaller eva I guess, they did it with sentinal from xmen, but he still takes up the screen. I think misato with a pistol would be cool. I think chobits sumomo (points and avatar) would be a good match for megamans servbot hehe.

Hmmm... that's what I was afraid of. Looks like we've lost some good recruits.

If youb did a capcom vs it would have to be a specific anime. Like Capcom Vs. Ranma or some scrap like that.

well since it won't happen theres no need to narrow it down. If I did I would say something like Capcom vs. Pioneer or bandai hehe. I think capcom vs. square would be cool.

Though it would be kind of cool, wouldn't it be kind of one-sided? I mean, DBZ or Saint seiya alone would pulverize anithyng the west could come up with as far as 'heroes' goes... when you have people who can destroy a solar sistem or fight at the speed of light, what can the street fighters, vampires and robots do??

I had to reply to this.

WAY back when Street Fighter vs. X-Men came out, I instantly loved the idea of the game. I came up with the idea of Ranma 1/2 vs. Street Fighter and had various artists at Anime Conventions draw pictures for me based on this idea.

I had Chun-Li vs. Shampoo, Kuno vs. Vega (in the pic, both of them are back to back, admiring themselves in mirrors), and M. Bison vs. Happosai.

At this time, I was also very much into the game "WILDSTORMS" which was a CCG making use of Image characters from the Wildstorms line.

I designed about 18 Ranma characters for the game and many from Capcom (including Felecia, B.B. Hood, Akuma, and Rose)

I also designed A-Ko characters and Tenchi Characters for the Wildstorms game.

If anyone wants to see these cards, I'd be happy to e-mail them to you.

I made a lot of them back in June of 2000.

The only reason we bought a playstation was to play Rival schools. The rival schools characters are straight out of anime. A good match might be Hinata vs Akane. or Momo vs Shampoo or Akira vs Metal angel .

I though tof this a long time ago.. I was thinking of making the game using MUGEN. (FIghting game maker program)

I could find my list of characters, but I just wanna say that some characters that would definitely be in there:
A-Ko
B-Ko with power suit
Major Kusanagi
Tenchi (Tenchi in Jurai battle armor/able to use lighthawk wings is unlockable)
Ryoko
Goku
Vegita
Piccolo
Tuxedo Mask (Because, quite frankly, he's a fucking pimp. Think Gambit, but instead of throwing cards, he throws roses.. and has a cane. Endymion form is unlockable)
Sailor Jupiter
Sailor Uranus (I picked those two Sailors because they're the only ones who can actually fight other than just using magic)
Jubei
Tetsuo
Vash the Stampede (Would have a very interesting fighting style indeed

There was a lot more, but I would have to find my list.. I had actually come up with moves for them al and everything.. I had it all in a sketch pad somewhere... I should look for it.
