Hmm...a good thing eh?

Well "hypothetically speaking" for the "If you had to" lol

You could consider the use of technology in hospitals (ie saves lives, conducts surgery never thought possible etc) As well as security systems, and those kinds of things...

(Disclaimer: I am not responsible for any deaths caused by this post. If you like your sanity, you probably shouldn't read this post. I am a horrible person. I am also very, very bored.)

Obviously, it is all a gigantic conspiracy.
Okay, nix that.

Technology allows us to use the intarweb, which is a giant worldwide network filled to the brim with porn. Go to a barney website? Porn. Teletubbies? Porn. Namrok's Warfare directory? Porn. Mr. Healthy Penis Campaign 2003? There's GOING to be at least 387 erotic fanfics about him. Say goodbye to your sanity right now, and when the apocalypse comes, it won't matter to you because you'll be too busy chewing the tough morsels of flesh off of your foot. Or, you could always take in the warm, loving embrace of necromantic duct tape resin.
THE OPPOSITION WILL BE LIQUIDATED.
In other words....
GHAZPORK CARES NOT FOR THE PUNY HUMAN ESSAYS. HE WILL TAKE THE ESSAY AND EAT IT AND IT'LL TURN INTO A GIANT TOWERING INFERNO, CRUSHING ANYONE WHO DOESN'T WORSHIP GHAZPORK EVERY OTHER SECOND.
This advertisement was paid for by: The Porn Crusaders, Mr. Healthy Penis Campaign 2003, Phasmus and Company, The Church of GhazPORK, and the Anti-Towel Reform.

Towels can be harmful if swallowed in large quantities.

I would write something along the lines of "I don't want to write your paper for you."
And why is that nailz?
Because if nailz, or anyone else for that matter, tells you reason why technology is beneficial, and you don't properly cite or acknowledge their contribution to your essay, you are falsley presenting the essay and its ideas as yours alone. This is called plagiarism. Ask your instructor about that.

I might be willing to contribute if you promise to acknowledge me in the essay.

You can list people on here in your Bibliography as personal interviews.

Provided you get a real name to cite them as :?

Or you could tell your Prof. that you decided to ask around and see what people viewed as the benefits of technology. Tell him/her that you are but a humble student who knows little of the world and would rather gain wisdom from others than sit on the proverbial "rock" and think. You are an aspiring Social Scientist and therefor are interested in people and cultures and the Dao of man(+woman if they are a she)kind.
