Cold sores in your mouth

Canker sores and cold sores are different caused by different things. Cold sores are an outbreak of hepatitis, something you can't get rid of. Canker sores are a little mysterious in terms of causes but a couple things that cause outbreaks is mint and mint tootpaste of all things.
Brush with a baking soda based toothpaste. Ironically, not brushing can also be a cause. You saliva has digesting chemicals and in some people it starts to break down your mouth lining and causes sores when you eat certain foods and the components cause your saliva to almost become detergent like. Use Kanka, it's that nasty stuff hatter was talking about...it's what you'd get if you went to the doctor.
It missed out on me, but I have family members who have had it all their lives. I have my own allergies to deal with, but I am glad this one missed me...it seems very painful.
