At least yours were consistent. Mine didn't happen till I was sixteen, and I still get them now and then. Thankfully, I was old enough to not be terrified. I even saw that ninja guy with the claws and sharp teeth. He was looking at me, hanging from the bathroom door's frame, like a spider. The last one was around six months ago.SQ wrote:Wow this went WAY off topic...
See, when I was eight, or sometime younger than I am now(I have a horrid memory) I'd get these hallucinations of these glowing red eyes near my bed. I was so terrified that I tried to scream for my mom but all that came out was a hoarse whisper. I couldn't move my body. Petrified.
I mean, no matter how hard I tried, my voice would just NOT go above that quiet hoarse whisper. It was devastating.
That repeated itself for a good long while, until one night, it decided to have some originality.
Same glowing red eyes, but now with a floating metallic gun. I think that's where my facination with guns [nowadays] comes from. It's just floating there, next to the glowing eyes, as if he had a hand and he were holding it, pointing the barrel right in between my eyes(of course with how old I was I wasn't educated with guns, but I did have the feeling that I was going to die). And again, that literally petrified feeling.
After that one gun incident, the red eyes and "night terrors" never showed up again. I heard a story somewhere that a few ghosts(and I believe in those) will haunt a house like that, so maybe it really wasn't "night terrors".
I hear irregular sleeping habits can trigger these.
But enough derailing the topic.
I like bugging people. Deal with it.

I had a job durring the summer. i worked full time as a general laborer for a residential developer. It was good pay, but very hard tiring work ... my hours were 7:15 am to 4 - 5:30pm monday to friday ... unless we fucked up or didn't get something finished on friday then we had to come back on saturday and finish it.
I spent the first two weeks instaling hardwood floors, then after that i was moved to another site where i had to drive a sheeps foot. sheeps foot's are basicaly giant vibrators on wheels that are ment to compact soil under where your going to put the footings for a building so they don't settle a lot and crack the foundation. THe sheep's food was the most boring, monotonus work ever ... i got to drive a 20 ton vibrator back and forth all day in a pit ... i fucking hated it.

I worked at Taco Bell last summer. -_-;;
Being surrounded by morons six hours a day does wonders for one's ego.
I don't have an ego, shut up.
I want to get an internship in journalism, but that's only for students in the graduate program.

Kusoyaro: We don't need a leader. We need to SHUT UP. Make what you want to make, don't make you what you don't want to make. If neither of those applies to you, then you need to SHUT UP MORE.

I used to work at Dairy Queen. That job sucked ballsac when customers were around. but it was REAL fun in the autumn. Whipcream/ice cream fights were normal. We had a TV and supernintendo. Mario Kart and mario paint for 8 hours. Ahh, closest I got to getting paid to play video games. We used to take breaks and go rollerblading too. We were bad empoyees.
Now I work for some medical corporation scanning medical requisitions; and posting in forums. It's boring but I get privacy, my radio and money. I gotta work 4pm-12:30am though, I like the night so It's ok. Last friday my boss said she wasn't my boss anymore so I don't know who or if i have a boss now. She was a cool lady.
