I found the movie funny. Good satire, and laughably clever use of special effects.

Why would they can the release after they've been working so long to bring it out, already done the dubbing and shit, and EVERYTHING?

I got it from Miramax. I watched the release date drop further and futher away until they dropped it completly. Miramax screws up another foreign release, go figure...

i saw an add for it ... didn't see the trailer ... i didn't like the idae very much ... so i probalby won't watch it.

I never really though about watching this movie, but after seeing the trailer in the theaters, I always wondered what became of it. I originally thought that Miramax was brave enough to take a risk and release something new. But if they've really canned it, then their heads are stuck in their wallets. They have NO GUTS!

I saw the Hong Kong version of this movie. Damn it was funny as hell. Figures that Miramax would be pussies and not release this in theaters.
