College writing assigments

I can write and publish crap in college wheras in high school, i had to fit it into a structure.

but that's good, madatory education is suppose to lay down the ground works for your future learning.

Plus I can create wonderful "works" such as this cow statue I made in Art 1 last year, now it guards my anime collection (in drawing and painting this year

I know that high school in no way prepares you for personally for writing because they're beuarocratic lil monkeys who just wanna spit you out with a degree reguardless if you can read or write, but they offer creative writing classes? Intreaging. You can "teach" creativity? Isn't that like teaching personality behavior modification?

No, rather encourage it.

I gotta say that virtually all my senior-level English classes were a treat.

In fact, I did find them very useful. They may not teach creativity, and this is something that can't be taught, but they doe teach structure, technique, etc., which ARE important.

I haven't found them by any means controlling. Actually, I'm surprised how much freedom they gave. Again, that's from my own experience, and I had very good teachers.

On another note I am trying to advoid taking engilsh for as long as I can. I still need to take engish 1302 and technical writing for me degree (which is going to be Civil Engineering).
When I took engilsh 1301 the profector claimed he want use to write with free choice but in reilly it the topic I still had to feed him the crap in the formate and close to the style. Hell for the most part I feed him the style than my Sr engish teacher taught me. She was a former collage engish profecsor and she showed us exactly what the collage engish teacher where looking for so I that was the crap I fed my teacher.
