I've actually been asked quite a few times the whole time I've been at the org through a AIM about how to make a video or crap related to premiere. (oh god)
I tried to be helpful. So, I'm a newbie helper?

Btw Yume, your avatar is too damn cute ..and so are the those newbie pictures.
Those should be carried in sigs, so ppl know who to ask if needed and ppl won't go and shoot them in the face.

Unless the newbie is a personal friend, I will give some advice, but no more than 3 or 4 quick points with directions to more specific sources of info. If the n00b is too dumb to figure out that, I think it's fair to say that I can give up and feel no guilt about it...

The newbie pics were actually intended to be as sig pics. Therefore, they are sig size

Hmm, I think I'll go with:
"D" Greet the newbie and if they have any questions, direct them to someone that has the answer. So I'm not really a helper, but I don't hate them either.
Make a sig for newbie welcomer please.
