I like PSP and Dreamweaver.
I did learn quite a bit of HTML in that course I took, but to be honest - I'd hate to be typing everyhting in notepad. I just tweak HTML code that Dreamweaver produces, and don't like making my own from scratch.
Dreamweaver I find lots more versatile than Frontpage, but Frontpage is a bit simpler for the less-in-depth users.

The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

I love it when people say shit like this. Like everyone who uses a program that you have to pay for is stupid and that they don't know how to do it in notepad. One, how do you know we paid for it? I got a hook up at my job, among other ways. So I didn't pay 300 dollars, also if you are a student you can get an extreme discount. You just have to be smart enough to look for it.VicBond007 wrote:Like it says on my site:
Why pay $300 when I can do it myself for free?!
Two, I use dreamweaver at work as well. So it melted over into using it at home, because after a day of looking at 1000 lines of script, html, xml and so on, my fuckin eyes hurt and I like having a program that Colors the different tags. Makes it alot easier to read through when you are looking to fix something. Also when I get an error from script, I can use the line numbers to find the error quicker instead of running through all of it line by line.
I use to use notepad, then I grew up. I use it now to look at pages on the net just to grab something, nothing more.

If you want to be cool, then make a website in BINARY.
As if it's somehow COOL to do thing the hard way.

First off your comment is really rude.Kracus wrote:go ahead and pat yourself on the back, you aren't unique or different.
I've never used Dreamweaver, but I've used Frontpage. I use Notepad because I find pride in the fact that I wrote the code for my site by using my own brain, creativity and knowledge of html and css. I've found that a lot of those editors like Frontpage and Dreamweaver are very lacking. To each their own, I guess. I am not downing those who use Dreamweaver, etc, though.
I also have to recommend EditPad.
