Actually I did notice that there could be a difference between sexual assault and rape.

Sexual Assault could probably be something like sticking your dick out and telling someone you want them to fuck you or you'll kill them.

Rape would actually be commiting such act.


However, I think the media is using the nicer of the two words. Since penetration was involved. I believe he raped her and did not to the lesser. But Sexual Assault is rather vague and they overlap.

But either of them are shitty things to do on someone else. I don't see how "oh he just grabbed her breasts and told her to fuck him or he'd kill her" vs "oh he just fucked her against her will". Both are horrid acts and he needs his ass punished.

He's accused of, and I believe just recently charged with, sexually assaulting a lady working at the hotel where he was staying. That is a big difference from you being able to say he actually did it.

Adultery, yes, he's a dumbass for that, but evidence will be presented at trial that will either exonorate him of the sexual assault charges or condemn him. Either way you don't, and won't, know even a full 10% of the evidence.


So what I'm saying is....I don't know, but there are inaccuracies in you stating that he did commit an act of sexual assault.
