An FTP server, with this school's service provider... HA!!

No, no uploads opr downloads running. I believe the school's speed is roughly between a cable and a T3, although half the time it's fucking slow because (A) ther's a bunch of people using it, and (B), the service provider sucks.

Two different servers yielded the same result. Let me try it now, sometimes late at night they remove bandwidth restrictions.

Chalk it up to my ISPs suckiness. Still, it's 45$ a semester with the room. Not a bad price, although I can see why it's so cheap.
