and thats the things, there is nothing wrong with the forums, the foruns in and of themselves are just a place to post messages, it is never "the forums". Now as for certain people and *COUGH*COUGH*INVISO-MODS*COUGH*COUGH* Yes, he doesn't want to deal withthem, and phade for that matter since he didn't help any. But I hope he still like the fellow forum members enough to come back if and when he is unbanned.

this is 90% of what he said to SpPanda, and it angers me that phade was acting this way SpPanda did not break any rule with the exception of the first when THE INVISO MOD IS THE SAME GUY WHO HAD PHADE SHUT THE FORUMS DOWN!

It should have been clear to Spp that asking for ROMs was a violation of this rule, and that that's what got him banned the first time. I don't know why Phade had trouble clearly articulating that, I can only guess that he was too irritated to do so. I also doubt whether or not Spp would have acknowledged it had he done so.

"How to obtain" = asking for.
Is that so hard to understand?

That said, I've seen people practically brag that their copy of premiere wasn't legal, and get away with it. I'm still surprised when they don't get banned for it.

Also, posting and viewing threads takes bandwidth, which costs money. Spp admitted, it seems, to posting the same thing 47 times. I personally never saw that myself, but I can tell you, if that happened on any of the other boards I frequent, the admins would slap a permanent ban on the offender immediately, and delete the threads.

It can be argued that there's no particular rule against doing that, but is it really necessary to put a specific rule in place that says "No spamming the same thing over and over in many different threads by the same poster?"

Please. That's just common sense.

I must conclude that SpPanda either wanted to be banned for some reason or has some sort of other issues.

I agree that he perhaps even deserved a ban for the multiple posting even if the mod did wrong, however he hasn't done anything wrong this time.

In fact the attitude in his recent posts was quite mature and reasonable...

as was said, he signed up before the rules were enstated. And I can understand him not knowing how horrible it is to ask for a neo geo rom. (the horror, the horror.)
as far as his reaction to wht the mod did. I can understand that too. The mod shut down the thread and removed any text in it. And NO EXPLANATION for why the thread was taken down. I believe panda honestly didn't know, then the MOD handled the situation worng, then panda reacted wrong, then fade reacted wrong. it was a big mess. But when panda came back, fade went way out of line.
