Roller Hockey and Wrestling. For some reason, I think that I'm the only wrestler here... We had two people from our team go to states (this weekend) and one of them is a freshman that can squat about 200 pounds... I almost broke my shoulder, but I was still out for 5 weeks while it healed, like I said, ALMOST broke, but it was messed p, I couldn't move it for a while...

Them are fun sports, I don't really do anything else... Other than try to beat Metroid Prime (which is hard for me since I don't play many first person shooters)

I was a gymnast for most of my life and that pretty much thrashed my body. My ankles, knees, and wrists are all in absolutely horrible shape... :( Now I pretty much stick to backyard sports (nothing too competitive), football, ultimate frisbee, basketball, and little tennis and golf.

I play hockey all year round, and it only hurts when I play goalie. My body is continually sore the next 2 days, and it's because of all the awkward positions I end up in. I think last game alone I had 3 pucks go off my helmet.

Other than that, I nearly broke my thumb when a slapshot caught me in the underside of my blocker, and I took a puck to the face that would have blinded me if it would have been another half an inch to the right (ended up being a lot of bloodloss and a broken nose) .. and I still dont wear a visor. heh.

I used to workout, doing mostly aerobic type cardio excercises. Enough that I'd wear myself out for the day. That was about an hour and 15 mins long, a whole CD. But i got sick a week and a half ago, and haven't done it since. I want to start again, but that's an hour and 15 mins I don't have to spare. Oh well, Once March break rolls around, I'll force myself to start up again... Just when my muscles were actually feeling refreshed... lol

19, I suppose my wording made me sound older huh? I did gymnastics from when I was 3 up through my senior year in high school, so yeah, most of my life...

Quitting Tae kwon do would be the equivalent of committing suicide since its the only exercise that i ever get anymore except for P.E. at school, but i usually just sit around and talk with friends during P.E. Anyway, i would probably just die after a few hours of no tae kwon do. i guess every once in a while i do crunches and lift some at home. Since Chung do kwan is a no contact sport, you usually dont get hurt too much, unless you get caught around the ankle with someone's fist, that can be painful, and the only blood you see is when you get slashed by someones fingernail or toenail. The worst thing i've seen was when roke and our friend Rob were sparring and something happened and rob flew off his feet and landed on the ground from about 4 feet up. or the time I went to throw a roundhouse and i was sparring with Roke, and he bent over some and i was not paying attention and being fucking careless and he got kicked in the throat. Jesus, i felt like a total asshole. and i almost broke my hand once when breaking, because i hit the board at an angle and it pushed my knuckle in.
