If you like Lovecraftian Horror, Neon Genesis Evangelion, and FLCL, you'd probably like Mark Danielewski's House of Leaves. I dunno... I was just thinking about the book today and decided to post a plug on it. Read it. It defies explanation, but it's awesome.

Damnit, I just got back from the bookstore too!

I'm a huge fan of Lovecraft; even penned my own small chapter in the Cthulhu Mythos. (Waiting to hear back from the publisher)

I'll be sure to check this one out the next time I feel like walking 3 or 4 miles up to the mall. Damn horrible timing. . .

Anyway, House of Leaves is amazing. I also highly recommend it.
