What are your relationship with you parents like?

To sum up our relationship: He's dying and I still don't see why he called to tell us; I couldn't care less.

For some reason... that ^_^ just doesn't seem appropriate.

No matter how bad my dad gets, no matter how much respect I lose for him, I'll always feel something other than hate or apathy. Do you have no good memories of your dad?

my relationship with my parents.

Father - I've been afraid of him since i was a kid, i ahve no rational reason to be afraid of him, but i am. becauase of that i usualy try to avoid talking to him.

mother - i spend most of my time around her, and have almost no fear of her or her threats. Most of the time when she starts complaining aobut something i think is dumb, i just ignore her ... which is a bad habbit.

Recently my mother has been flipping out over the stupidest and most trivial bullshit and blowing everything out of proportion. So i'm usualy pretty pissed around her. My dad is usualy pretty lax, if i want to do something and i aks him, odds are he'll ok it. But i still avoid conversation with him because of my basless fear of him.
