Legend of Legia Games

Ok, back in those golden days in PSX land, there was a game called Legend of Legia. And it had a great fighting system. Anyway, i was browsing through the pre-viewed stuff at EB (electronic boutique) and i saw Legia 2: Dual Saga. I searched to see if i could find ANY reviews on it, and found nothing except for a singular blurb in Electronic Gaming Monthly that was nearly a year old. It said it wasen't especially great or bad. Which didn't help me. Does the game have anything to do with the first? Is it set up the same way? What's the dilly-o? Anyone who's played it or knows more about it, please tell me something about it.
