RIAA withdraws charges against 65-year-old

ANYone else find it a bit suspect that the RIAA is comprised of companies that also manufacture MP3 players?

sounds like one big scam to me ..... our sales are down by 1% so lets sue somebody for 150,000$ a song.

I really wish that there was a judge out there with the balls to rule against the RIAA.

and Freako, heh, nice point. i'd laugh if MP3 player manufactures sue the RIAA for deliberatly dammaging their sales.

I still don't see what their bitching about, to me it all seems very pathetic and rather stupid.
