Like predicting a big quake will hit in Japan is done scientificly

Astronomer 1 - It's been about a month since the last quake, wanna fuck with the public and make them think we can predict earthquakes.

Astronomer 2 - I don't know, we can't say too big, but let's make it fairly large. How about 7?
