Guns in Desperado

Hm.... If memory doesn't fail me, the gun in the movie used bullets, not shells.....

Nope, I was wrong, you can't really tell, and looking at it up close, it does seem to be a 12 Gauge, side by side. Good call.

If you're referring to the sawed-off shotgun, the ammo could contain anything from bird-shot (really REALLY small pellets), to slug rounds (which for a 12-gauge, can be even larger than pistol bullets, and are normally used for hunting deer), with LOTS in between.

As for the various pistols in the guitar case, well, most likely those would be actual bullets.

You'll have to excuse me, it's been a LONG time since I've seen Desperado. Or El Mariachi, for that matter.
