I think the most important factor is not the angle but the fact that it doesn´t say Canada on the bill, very keen.

But the fact of the matter is that the bills must be accepted because there are only two things wrong with the bill, the cutoff point for bills to be accepted is 3 falacies.

Unfortunately the law here in the states has no such silly 3 things wrong rule. I can decline your money no matter how good/bad/ugly it is. I can decline it because it smells funny, I can decline it because I dont like the way your hair looks.
