I think he deserved the first ban, even if what happened that night whas a huge bucket of overreacting.

It's the second ban, however, that I still don't understand.

yea i noticed that. it's funny though, i've left kazaa on over nightwhile i was downloading nothing, and i came back to see my upload list about 3 miles long and i had 1000 for my user rating ... it keeps on changeing, i seldom care about it or go about changing it with 3rd party programs. I think i had it stay at 1000 for a week or so however ...

i use kazaa lite, reg kazaa is the spawn of satan. it loads your ass with spy wahre. But dosn't matter, i scan for spy ware every now and then. the most annoying pos spyu ware i've had to deal with was this shit form C2.lop or whatever ... so annoying ... besides i looked at diet kazaa on download.com, and it looked to be the exact same as kazaa lite, so i jsut left it alone. besides kazaa lite and kazoom work fine for me ...

I just had that .lop thing. Very annoying. It took over a day and about 30-40 spyware searches to get it totally out, yet I fear it may be lurking in the memory of my comp.
