I finally counted them... and I have about 24 Live Journal ( http://www.livejournal.com ) invite codes left. I figured i would give away 20 of them... but am not sure how...

should i just post a bunch of them and let people have them first come first serve?

Nah, you should give them to people who send you message saying they want one.
