Why won't my Freakin DEFRAG work?

what level of fragmentation do you have?

XP defrag not only defrags but also optimizes your files based on how often you access them so… No Defrag does not get rid of all fragmented files if your disk is already optimized and/or has a low level of fragmentation.

You may want to search for another defrag utility and see if that does a better job. But if your disk already has low level of fragmentation it won't make that big of a difference
