Is it possible to jump the bridge in grand theft auto 3?

Since the bridge is only destroyed when you're completing the missions on the first island, the only way to "jump the bridge" is to have the dodo car cheat on.

Why dont you just play the game to get to whatever island you need to get to. And thanks for specifying what bridge it is. There are plenty of ways to get to a next island, and they work.

is there anyway to make it from staton island to shoreside vally? i swear i can beat these 2 missions...

by the hostpitle there's a glitch. get in a car and drive towards the road. If your facing the stairs from the hostpitle, you want to drive to the right (so you know what road) you'll ge tto this big block, and your car won't fit inbetween the block and the wall. If you keep driving in between them, the camera will get all distorted, nd it may drop you to the lower level, which are the tunnels. You'll be on the other side of the wall in the tunnels that prevents you from going there. then you can just follow the tunnels out (use the sings to be safe and make sure you don't end up at the begining of the game) and you should cme out in shoreside vale. I didn't read this some where, this is something i learned and did myself by accident.

You could always try getting a boat on the ground and pushing it past Phil's army base.

I never got it to work though so I had to beat all the missions.
