it's broken prone when everyday someone brings their PS2 into where I work (read: anime store) to get it fixed, when we also fix XBOXs and GCs.
The original PS controller had no analog sticks, it was only after the N64's release was the Dual Shock added, and with rumble built-in. Had it not been an afterthought, analog sticks would have been in the original model, correct? It was more of a case of hey, that works, so we'll steal it and make it seem like we created it.
Ya, indeed, that would be true for the Nintendo people; putting all their eggs into one basket. But that concerns me not.
But I've also got to thank Microsoft for making a $300 piece of hardware... I would never have had the idea to win one in a radio contest (read: KROQ) and sell it for enough money for a new TV.
Anyway, I just decided to post ideas contrary to some of the PS fanboy ideas posted before mine.
