Help with Ragnarok Online

For the few of you out there on RO, can you please help me with a serious issue.
I cannot seem to enter the game [ast the ID check, when I go to the site I can logon and it shaws my name and says I'm registered and it even says that I have paid, but when I register ID in the game it says ID not found please check. What is going on here have I missed something?

Im having issues with finding an address for it on the RO site and Gravity's site isn't working for me. Can someone please post the address?

They have a facade that they call customer service. Which is really just an E-mail address that they don't care about. Gravity's ACTUAL customer service they have for their english users is nil.
