Anime Rental Store?

here in vancouver we have a fanclub called VJAS, which has a store maybe the size of a small convienience store that only rents anime. So it is feasable I guess. But having a public store might not work. The store only lets members of the club ($20 a year, $15 each consecutive year) rent. They do exist, but they are few and far between.
