There are many ways to anti-alias. One of the popular ways is to render a image 2X - 4X as larger as the target resolution, then sample it down.
That's not really a option here. I would just use the blur tool and lightly go around the edges. also I believe there should be away to add a feather to the edge of your shape there, I am not sure how since Iam not a Photoshop master.
