can't put in a premire date

can't put in a premire date

I had a video which i entered into the dbase which was finished but not out there for viewing, now it is and now when i go to put a premire date in it doesn't take and still goes back to not premired. I've gone through all the steps and i can't seem to get the date to stick. Anyone else have the same problem?
