How do I add an image to my video entry's description?

I'm unfamiliar with the coding used on this site, so I'm unsure about how you include an image to the description on a video entry. I've seen it done, I'm just don't know how to do it.

I could swear that the site code was updated recently making it a little bit easier, but I might be hallucinating due to my cold.
