Local download doesn't work?

Local download hasn't worked for me for 4-5 days now. Does anyone else have this problem?
Direct dls work fine, but with local I can get to the download page, and after 10 seconds it starts downloading the page, but after a while the connection is cut off. This happens every time, no matter which browser I use. I even made another user account. Which didn't help.

If anyone knows what might cause this, please help

The server is down for upgrades. Just wait a few more days.

Ooooh, ok, thanks! I thought the server would be up by this week. But cool. I was beginning to think there was something wrong with my computer.

The local uploader still isn't working for me. am I doing something wrong? i click on it and it goes to the page but nothing happens, even when i click the link that says 'if your download hasn't started yet than click here'
