Upload Trouble - Server won't connect

Okay, so I submitted all the information for my video with no problem. I went to upload videos, and saved the info on the page. I downloaded CuteFTP8.3, and entered in the server name (kero.animemusicvideo.org) and the username/password. I clicked 'next.' I got an error message saying "The host validation failed. Check that the username and password are correct. Press NO to skip check." I copied and pasted both the username and password, so I'm fairly sure they're correct.

Also, when I enter "ftp://kero.animemusicvideos.org/" into the address bar (as per the AMV ORG GUIDE (http://www.animemusicvideos.org/guides/ ... yer/up.htm)) I get a Network Timeout.

So is there something I'm missing, or is the server just not working? And if it's the latter, how do I upload my video?
