Confused by the FTP

Ok so this is the first time I've used this site and I'm trying to upload with the FTP, and for this I downloaded FIleZillla. However when I opened the URL for the FTP server I didn't get anything to let me log in, there's just a page like this...



and on top of that I've already screwed up Filezilla by sticking in the FTP URL I was given in the server address box (and now I can't remember what the original server address once).

This is actually the second time I've tried FTP, I couldn't work it the first time either. Could someone help me out here please.

okay never mind I've found the problem...I'm using Firefox (and does this forum have an edit?, I couldn't find one!)
