Channel display pic keeps changing

I tried to change my old display picture on my channel. Every time i delete it and click update profile, it stays deleted.

However, i click upload, choose a pic under 360width and jpg like it says under browse but when i click update profile, it changes back to the old picture.. I tried it yesterday and today.. doesn't work T_T I know it can't be because of the size and format because i made sure it was even smaller than my other one and that it has the right format..

Can someone help, please?

Clear your cache and then look.

I used ccleaner and then when i opened my browser, the new pic was there. thankies~!
