Did the problem with spoilers on anime listing not go away?

So, I was entering a new video into the database and when I mark the blue column (anime in video) for a series, the preview I get the "anime with spoilers" tag as if I checked the red column. I can almost swear this was brought up before... Was there no fix that could be made on that? Any work-a-rounds possible?

If I click only the right (blue) column and add, only the right column shows up checked.
If I click only the left (red) column and add, both columns show up checked.
I don't understand the problem.

When I check the blue I get the red. Tried it... at least 3 times. ::shrug::

The video isn't public yet, so the preview could be saying something that the page it will eventually occupy will not; i'm not sure.

To clarify... the blue colum is the only one that remains checked, but the preview at the bottom says "anime with spoilers."

If I remember correctly, that only shows up on the preview there, and not on the actual entry.

It shows how anime titles are formatted. ie:
