More notifications

I'd find it useful if we were notified when opinions are made on videos that we entered by Proxy. I didn't even realize the creator of "Why I'm Here (Violinist of Hameln Music Video) (Jerrin (Amanda Rotella))" that I entered by Proxy made a response of sorts by adding an additional opinion until I looked at the Most Under Rated List. (eh heh)

On a side note the link for that video also needs to be modified, since I can no longer host any videos on my student server space. Changed to indirect and linked to probably her download page: http://www.mazoku.net/hamel/download.htm
