Anime Confirmation

hello
I'd like to know how to get an anime confirmation.
I cannot upload my video with a new entred anime unless I get it confirmed, they say ask for the confirmation on the forum but don't know on what forum, and how.
can someone help?

Just type in the name here,and make it a link to the site which has description about it. Like : Kaibutsu Ohjo (TV)
