Screwy database problems

I believe Tim/Doki talked to you about this already Derobert, but I've entered some new videos into the database and get this error:

"Does not exist: This video does not (yet) exist. That can mean one of two things: Either you have followed a bad link or the video's creator has marked this video to premiere in the future. In the latter case, the video info will show up here once it premieres."

I made sure the premiere date was set to something that's well....either past or today, but that error still persists.

I'm hoping it's something like a queue system and my entries perhaps haven't been confirmed or something, but we'll see tomorrow morning. I just don't remember that being the case in the past. I remember immediately after entering it, the info appearing.

Anyone else having issues?

It looks like it's being delayed. Some of the information is showing now, but not my final edits. Is the server or database perhaps overloaded and thus the edits are taking extra long?

It's a known org bug. If it helps any, it's even happening to <a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/phpBB/v ... 81850">one of the mods</a>. The answer I've always heard is to wait and it'll probably show up at midnight the next day. If it doesn't you can always just link to Glory of Love and pretend you did another sappy 80's romance.

this just happens every once in a while, nothing really to be worried about. Last year it was happening so often banners where being made for it LOL

dunno maybe Kero's getting kinda full :O but just sounds like a standard thing to me

It happens when MySQL's replication breaks. Which happens all too often, unfortunately.
