How the heck do I make my videos downloadable?! (I'm new)

How do I make my videos downloadable? Yes, I am an IDIOT!
My friend from another site (No, it's not YouTube, YouTube-Haters) wanted a link to it... but on my page it doesn't have a downloads link. Help would be appreciated! (Since I'm new and I suck at this crap)

Look at the sidebar on the main page. There's a link for Enter new video, and Upload video.

Unfortunately, this site cannot allow any links to videos using music by Evanescence, Creed, and/or Seether. See <a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/phpBB/v ... 4">here</a> for an explanation of what happened to make it so.
