appears to just be slow as fuck.
i kept a download page open in a tab for about 5 minutes before it gave me the download prompt.
the download itself doesn't seem to be going below average
KioAtWork: I'm so bored. I don't have class again for another half hour.
Minion: masturbate into someones desk and giggle about it for the remaining 28 minutes
