Download Issues...

Hey guys,
I've been trying to download "LOCAL" files from the website since I joined and they never begin the download process. I'm using Mozilla 2.0 and I turn off my firewall whenever I download something, so I'm a little confused. Any suggestions of how I might remedy this problem?

Hit "local", next screen scroll down to where it says "donate" "donate" "proceed" and hit proceed, next screen will get downloads going.
