Why don't you try putting a rank of what type of person someone is. It makes the site a tad more interesting.

Examples:
-Newbie
-Otaku
-Pervert
-Veteren
-Asshole
-Spammer

Those are just a few. I'm sure you can come up with others is you like the idea.

I had once posted something along the same lines, but others made a good point. How would the difference between Veteran and Spammer be defined? Someone who barely ever posted, a Veteran? And there aren't many programs out there that could justify people as assholes and perverts. And if you expect Phade and the MOD's to go around judging everyone, you're wrong.
I don't know if what you mean is for just the site (Type of video's ext.) or in the Forum. Either way would be hard to do, and probably just a waist of time.

Sounds like a good idea to me. Alot of other forums use a ranking system. It seems to encourage people to post more often.

We allready had this discussion and decided it was a bad idea. Also you have to akeep in mind as time goes by even those who only post once a week would have their rank reach Spammer. And with the ranks you ahve to keep adjusting them which from what Ia've heard is excedingly difficult to do.

Anime Forums uses a ranking system. That's how I got the idea. Maybe we should copy theirs. I know we're not Anime Forums, but it's still a cool idea. Spammer and Pervert come from a poll you could hold. People who think a person is a spammer or perv click a button and if enough are given, the person's rank will stay that way for a while. Only mods and Phade can take it away and only when they see fit to do it.

I know I'm persuing this maybe a tad bit hard, but I just REALLY like the idea.

This would probably just lead to petty bickering and hurt feelings among some members. Members should be defined by their posts, not by some title under their avatar.
