Need a video removed

A friend of mine had a video uploaded that uses an Evanescence song
and didn't know they aren't supposed to be on this site.
She was worried shed get introuble about it and wanted
me to make a post about it for her so it can be fixed.

Aren't those vids local links just supposed to be filtered out? I see people complaining every so often about their video being not visible despite correct upload and that's usually the answer. Unless you intentionally miscredit the artist to get around the filter it shouldn't be valid, right?

I think she accidentaly mispelled something in the name.
Thats probably how it was able to go on local

you'll see I type it wrong must be like this "Evanescence" the artist name of the song. I'll do PM the modz and admin as I know so hopefully they will get rid of that local links, I promised I won't post but I ask him for that and now I'm admitting my mistake when I receive a QC for that. I did not know it was included to the banned song in here. Again I'm sorry it was my mistake......

I didn't look at the entry. People have tried to go around the ban before, that's why i brought it up as a method of doing so. It was an aside.
