Could someone please approve the upload for The Sega Project?

If the file need's to be uploaded first, then I'm having a problem with that too. Every time I upload the file(not on the under 100mb of course), once it's finish, it goes right back to saying "No file uploaded (yet?). Please upload one." Help?
