insert new anime in dead.coffin

I'm tryin to insert a vid I'm working on (didn't set a premier date, premier's still working on it *snort*) and I got to step 3. It's a new 'anime' (non-anime), Skies of (Eternal) Arcadia so I inserted that new category in fine. I click on the spoiler button than add and I go back to step3 anime- pick your anime, like nothing happened! I even turned off my proxy and still can't add this! Also I can't procede to step 4, links, but thas ok cuz it's not premiered, I don't have a viable link yet . Any help would be cool thanks
