I think it would be a very helpful feature to be able to delete the banners you uploaded, as long as they haven't been approved by an administrator yet.
I had submitted two banners yesterday, and then I saw how horrible the quality was (since it showed up differently then in PsP), so I changed the file extension, and then I had four banners uploaded, and only two were different.
This would also benefit the people who are reviewing the banners. If people deleted the banners that they uploaded on accident, then there wouldn't be so many banners to look at.
Just a thought that I think would be very helpful. =)

I second this one. I know banners aren't a big part of the site and its up to us, the banner makers to double check our work to make sure everything is in order and its the best quality we can get, but people make mistakes. And sometimes we don't catch the mistakes until after we upload and are looking at our "My Banners" page. If we were able to delete the pending banner and correct the mistake, it would be less work for the person approving because then they'd just be approving the banner once instead of rejecting it, then rereviewing the corrected banner. (Though I know the programmers already have a long list and this isn't something that would be done anytime soon. 
)
